However, this season they won’t be able to replicate their past success, as Wolfsburg ousted them early in the tournament. Nevertheless, their performance has dipped significantly since the winter break, making their upcoming UCL match a challenging event.

Last season was a disappointing one for Real Madrid, with their only victory being the Copa del Rey &— a far cry from the achievements expected of such a global football powerhouse. However, this season, Los Blancos seem to have upped their game. Their recent triumph over Girona puts them on the path to potentially clinching the La Liga title. Currently, they lead the league with 61 points, a comfortable five points ahead of second-placed Girona. Their only stumbling block this season was their Cup elimination at the hands of Atletico Madrid. Apart from that, Los Blancos are delivering a commendable performance this season.

RB Leipzig has been performing poorly since the winter break, with three losses in five matches. Despite their success in the UCL, it must be acknowledged that their group was not particularly challenging. However, their weaknesses were exposed when they were completely outmatched by a stronger team like Manchester City, both on their home ground and away.

Despite serious injury issues in their defense, Real Madrid is still managing to perform well. They’ve been in stellar form, claiming victories in 11 out of their last 13 games, only stumbling against Atletico Madrid once in the Cup and once in the league. In the UCL, they’ve been nothing short of phenomenal, winning all six matches they’ve played.
