Following a 2:0 victory at Parc des Princes in the first leg, Real Sociedad will confront PSG in the second leg of the Champions League 1/8 Finals at Reale Arena, San Sebastian.

In the past few years, Real Sociedad has been one of Spain’s top teams, earning a place in Europe for the last four seasons. This year, the team, also known as the White and Blues, began all competitions on a high note. However, the past month and a half has been challenging for the Basque team as they managed to secure only one win in their last nine games. This struggle has led to a decline in their standings in La Liga. Additionally, they were ousted from the Copa del Rey by Mallorca and suffered a 2:0 defeat to PSG in the first leg of the UCL. It is clear that this critical match comes during a trying period for Sociedad.

PSG have held dominance over the French league for a considerable period, yet their primary objective of securing their inaugural Champions League trophy remains elusive.
