AC Milan, currently in good form, will be aiming for their fifth consecutive Serie A victory when they face Bologna at the San Siro on Saturday evening.
Milan vs Bologna Betting Tips &— Milan to win
Currently third in Serie A, Milan enters Saturday’s match just seven points behind the league leaders, Juventus. Stefano Pioli’s team has risen up the ranks due to a strong series of performances, boasting seven victories and only one defeat in their last nine league games.
Milan has achieved five consecutive league victories on their home ground, despite suffering a 2:1 loss to Atalanta in the Coppa Italia.
Despite their struggles, Milan continues to show strength in Serie A, winning 11 of their last 13 home games since May. In their latest match at the San Siro, the Rossoneri impressively beat Roma 3:1. This was the final game under the leadership of their former manager, Jose Mourinho.
Coming into Saturday’s match, Bologna’s form contrasts sharply with their visitors’. They haven’t won any of their last four games since their 1:0 victory over Atalanta before Christmas. Since then, I Rossoblù have managed to secure only one point from three league matches. Furthermore, they suffered a defeat in a penalty shootout against Fiorentina in the Coppa Italia.
Bologna had an exceptional start to the season before their recent downturn in performance. Under Thiago Motta’s leadership, they had only one loss in 18 games before facing defeat in three out of their last four matches.
A significant portion of the visitors’ top performances have occurred on their home turf. Bologna, on the other hand, has managed to garner only nine points from ten away games. In stark contrast, they have accumulated 23 points from ten home games this season.
I’m confident that Milan, who has been showing strong performance at home, will secure a sixth consecutive league victory at the San Siro given Bologna’s recent dip in form. Although Bologna is a tough team to defeat on the road, Milan has a commendable record against them, having triumphed in six of their last seven encounters at this venue.
With all of that in consideration, I’m taking the hosts to win Saturday´s Serie A encounter.
